	I am Elias Carmo, an Creative Director / Art at Publicis Brazil, with extensive experience at some of the country’s leading advertising agencies, including DM9 DDB, Z+ Havas, and Publicis. Throughout my career, 
I have developed multiplatform campaigns for global brands such as Heineken, McDonald’s, Itaú Bank, Bradesco Bank, Johnson &#38;amp; Johnson, Sanofi, Haleon, Procter &#38;amp; Gamble, Nestlé, Sony Channel, General Motors, Yamaha, and Volkswagen.

Passionate about photography and illustration, I combine a wide range of editing and AI tools to enhance and amplify creative ideas. I am driven by creating solutions rooted in strong storytelling and craft, always connected to tangible business results for clients.

My work has been recognized by some of the most prestigious national and international awards, including 12 Cannes Lions, Clio Awards, D&#38;amp;AD, One Show, London Awards, FIAP, El Ojo, and CCSP, among others. In 2022, Heineken created Beer Power to redirect the solar energy from its breweries to bars and help these important partners to face the worst energy crisis the world has faced. But to join it, bar owners first needed to know about the program.

Heineken invests a huge amount of its budget in billboards and most of them are constantly exposed to the sun. So, Heineken decided to turn them into a creative solution to give a little taste of Beer Power to bar owners.

Heineken’s Backing the Bars is a long-term effort to support struggling bars with funding and creative solutions from turning closed venues into ad spaces to powering billboards with solar panels. The initiative helped boost sales by 6.95% and expanded Heineken’s presence in 13.3% more bars.
